about doctor mishel

Helping others is my calling.  It remains my passion even after being in the mental health field for many years now.  I believe that everything in our lives is affected by how mentally healthy we are.  I believe we all come to every day in our lives with the gift of hope—hope that we did not get this far simply to get this far.  We do not make it through life without having strength, so I approach every interaction knowing that YOUR strength has been a big part of what has gotten you this far.

Mental health is so important, and it has not yet been given the level of focus or priority that I feel it deserves.  Everything we do is done through the lens of how mentally healthy we are.

Mental health not only includes addressing struggles such as anxiety and depression, but it includes mindfulness, positivity and a growth mindset.
