my approach

I fully believe that every one of us is capable of change, and that we have all gotten this far because we have strengths that we bring to the world. I approach every interaction with the belief that we all are doing the best we know how, but that we can all become more aware of how we can become better. My goal is always to listen, validate, and educate. I use a direct but caring approach to help elicit positive changes to help overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
